Live Infocentre

Combine secure, live, interactive instore displays with up to date, real time customer activity data.

Live InfoCentre can be used alongside any of the Stacey secure display alarm systems. Whether it be the i3 Livelink, that provides power and security to small, handheld devices such as mobile phones and mp3 players, or any of the alarm only Laser Series alarms such as Laser 16 (for all types of items from Laptops, DVD Players and Cameras to Shoes and Handbags).

Media Presentation

Live InfoCentre connects to a screen to display a wide range of media to entice customers to your instore display. Once a product is picked up the InfoCentre will play a pre-loaded product specific media clip. The InfoCentre also has split screen capabilities, so if two items are picked up then both of the clips will play, great for comparison, or if two customers are at the display.

Data Capture

The InfoCentre also logs every time a product is picked up and put down, calculates the duration the product was picked up for, and also log the date and time of the pick up.

Retailers and merchandisers can now access previously unobtainable information about how their displays are working and can also identify marketing hotspots with in a store.

Remote Access

Both media uploads can be managed and customer activity data capture can be viewed remotely via a secure web based interface that utilises the inbuilt network abilities, or the integrated GSM module.
